Cancellation policy
We charge a 50% cancellation fee if your appointment is cancelled and/or rescheduled less than 24 hours before your appointment. If you have paid a deposit this will be lost and not refunded.
In the event of a no show you are responsible for full payment of the appointment.
Please provide 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Bookings
When you book each session, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking online. This deposit must be paid to exclusively secure your appointment.
You will receive a confirmation of your appointment via email or SMS. Please ensure your contact details are up-to-date.
While we aim to stick to appointment times, please allow for some flexibility if your therapist is running late. We recommend allowing ample time for your visit as the day can be unpredictable.
Any changes to your booking must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

Refunds and cancellations
There will be no refunds once the deposit has been paid. However, you can reschedule your appointment within a certain time frame without losing the deposit.
To cancel an appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance.
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, the 50% deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
